The coin is dedicated to the centenary of the urban-type settlement of Kacha, 28 km distant from Sevastopol (to the north), which is the cradle of the national aviation. Here the first rules of flying and airmanship were set, the first high-skilled national personnel for aviation was trained, the first military aircrafts soared into the sky, the aerobatics were performed and so on.
