These commemorative coins are dedicated to the 10th anniversary of currency reform in Ukraine which resulted in putting into circulation the national currency unit - hryvnia and its hundredth fraction - kopiyka
On the obverse of both coins there is the Small National Emblem of Ukraine, below - the image of the reverse side of the coin in circulation `Volodymyr the Great`; to the left whereof there is logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint, to the right -
On the reverse of both coins in the center against the background of Ukrainian banknotes there is the image of Kyiv type silver hryvnia of the 11th-13th centuries, to the right whereof there is a shortened text of the Order of the National Bank of Ukraine
